@rajbathla2: USCIS has updated Form I-485, and the new version includes major changes related to the Public Charge analysis. Applicants may now need to provide more detailed information about family status, income, assets, liabilities, education, skills, and certain means-tested public benefits. For marriage-based Green Card cases, simply having a Form I-864 Affidavit of Support may not end the analysis. USCIS can look at the totality of the circumstances when reviewing the case. Because the new Form I-485 is more complicated and some answers can have legal consequences, it is important to understand each question carefully before filing.
