I don’t think keeping clothes that don’t fit now is a bad thing, for me it was actually the second biggest motivation for working out. Of course, my first motivation was to feel healthy and take care of myself but instead of weighing, I used my clothes as my motivation.! feels healthier than focusing on the scale

Material Merge :
You should try and log each item onto Material Merge!! So you can know what you own and exactly where it is!! It’s also super helpful for closet clean outs because you can log whenever you wear something and it keeps track so when you are going to get rid of items you can see what you don’t wear anymore!!
