I’ve healed and don’t even hold a grudge I healed in a period of 4 months but I’ve learned that not everyone is Godsent,I don’t believe God can ever send you someone like that to do you that and that made me even more careful next time I love again…the only thing I’m grateful for is that I never did anything bad to them…I owe karma nothing 😌

I stayed. I didn’t leave immediately because i knew id go back. I allowed myself to see the mistreatment more than once. Sat in it, felt it over amd over. Im telling you the day i left, hohooooooooo, disbelief was the order of the day. I healed completely. Im still not sure how I healed🫠

I could not even look at myself in the mirror . I hated myself . I was struggling to even forgive myself and I think that’s what took longer . I blamed myself for staying for so long . I forgave myself I think that was the very first step . It took me a while . It took a whileeeeeee . But I’m over it now . But I feel like I can never love anyone like that again . I love to a certain extend then move away if I’m getting too close . I never want to be in that kind of state ever again
