I worked autoparts. had a guy who wanted to swap a starter that worked...we were trying to help him find the actual problem but he wanted to be belligerent. my manager came out and told him he'd swap it but he had to promise to never come back because his truck was still going to be broke and he was done with him. the guy was so shocked all he could do was agree and leave. the other parts house called us laughing when he went there to buy a battery and told them how we were rude.
