I have isthmic spondylolisthesis. L5 and S1. 6.8mm im having so many issues.. not sure who to go to for help.. ur videos have taught me so much.. I need fascia work for so many areas but its hard when I have this issue affecting almost everything else

I will try it! Maybe you could explain why I am feeling so much better 1 week after doing 10 deep squats (I hold on to doorway) every hr until I reach 100 for the day. It’s significant!
