I completely overhauled my diet (diabetes diagnosis!). My LS was raging constantly - the itch was unbearable - I used to cry with it. Then, I have completely reduced my sugar intake and my carbs also. i'm on a deficit of 1400 cals per day. I try to eat as much veg and fruit as poss now. Honestly, I haven't itched in around 8 months x

I haven't had an intolerable flair since I use coconut oil. Gonna repeat it always and no oestrogen creams it makes it worse try you'll see.
