People SHOULD watch the entirety of Koyomimonogatari. It’s not even filler or anything like that, it actually helps characterise Araragi after the previous stories focus more on the other characters. Infact I’d say most things that come out of Final Season is made to help characterise Araragi after the story set up all the previous characters.
