So cozy and so much potential. I feel like this was built during a time where construction was still solid but not so old to where it’s falling apart? Like good bones

Out of all of the houses you’ve seen, this one is my favorite! Love the brightness and cozy vibes.

Close to the city but a huge yard is the best of both worlds!

I would prefer my kids riding on dirt/gravel than a paved driveway. Softer landing and makes them a better bike rider in the long run

From someone who grew up on a farm…you don’t have to have pavement or concrete to ride a bike. The grass and gravel works just fine. Builds character and core strength 😂

Great bones! You could take out the eat in area and make the kitchen bigger since there is already a dining room. The basement has potential for added square footage. But honestly the amount of beds, baths, and living room/bonus spaces it feels perfect

Love this one! It feels home-y and cozy and not so big but still plenty of room to expand the family
