For the best results, enter your name and address exactly as they appear on your magazine’s mailing label. If you tried the lookup tool recently and it didn’t work, please try again—we’ve completely updated the system and it should work much better now. You can also create an online account on our website to view your past and upcoming orders. Just be sure to use the same email address you’ve used when ordering. Please note: your online order status may still show as unfulfilled even after your magazine has been mailed, since our printer uses a separate mailing system. Your expiration code will also continue to appear on your magazine’s mailing wrapper. For example, 0827 = August 2027.
