@caioguf: SWISH GLOW transition in Premiere Pro ⚡️ For this one, I’m using a **10-frame adjustment layer** placed right in the middle of the cut. **Directional Blur** Blur Length: **0 → 250 → 0** **Alpha Adjust** Enable **Ignore Alpha** **VR Glow** Luma Threshold: **0.90 → 0 → 0.90** The key is having the blur and glow peak right in the middle of the transition, then quickly drop back to 0.
