I just think this could be completely avoided lmao. X-Men vs Spider-Man is cool for a start of a film to show the impact of two worlds colliding but you can do that WITHOUT killing him dawg😭 if you want to kill him make him actually go out with a good death. Not a 10 minute send off dawg. Toby in this movie would be INSANE especially carrying into Secret wars

I dont think Tobey is gonna die fighting the Xmen. Fighting Doom is probably how he'd die. This is still just a theory, but they're right. I grew up on Tobey, but they've all had their time. I believe Tobeys world is gonna die with Doc Occ sacrificing himself to save Tobey to have him in the rest of the movie. When Doom appears, then that's probably how they'd do it. Makes perfect sense. If anything, they still have a 2nd half to that movie. I think everyone is taking that theory out of hand, but it would make great cinema.

Technically they can't kill any spider man because of Sony, they cannot erase anything from Sony so Spider man won't be dieing or his universe or even andrew's. that includes venom, kraven, etc any films made by sony can't be killed

yeah buuuuut it would be a legendary fight though because it's peak spiderman live action vs the x-men but as things look rough for spidey we here a motor cycle with flames coming in close ramming full speed at cyclops and then we also hear a jet engine coming out of a van ramming at the other x-men and pops open the back it's punisher and ghost rider but then they tell them there's more coming and it's blade Electra hulk and Harry giving him his iron spidey suit to have a climactic battle

I think it’s as you said. him being so important to comic movies as a whole is actually a good thing if he dies to a group that’s going to be a decently large part of the movie. A beloved character dying gives us stakes. He has no real place in the movies going forward besides nostalgia. This imo is a perfect way to give fans a spider man going all out and still be good for the film itself
