Five Ingredient Venison Sausage Tortellini Bake 🤤 Also wearing the warmest, softest sherpa jacket from @legendarywhitetails ! Full Recipe 👇🏼 Ingredients 1 lb ground Italian Venison Sausage 1 (24 ounce) jar Marinara 1/4 cup Water 8 ounces Cream Cheese 2 cups shredded Mozzarella Cheese 29 ounces Refrigerated Tortellini 1 tablespoon chopped Fresh Parsley or Basil , to garnish (optional) For Ground Venison 1 lb ground venison 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning ½ teaspoon paprika ¼ teaspoon black pepper Optional: ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes for heat Recipe Directions 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees 2. Cook Italian venison sausage over medium heat until just browned and no longer pink, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain any excess grease if needed. 3. Pour in the marinara sauce. Add ¼ cup of water into the empty jar, shake, and pour into the skillet. Stir well, then bring the sauce to a gentle simmer. 4. Reduce the heat to medium low and add the cream cheese. Stir until mostly melted and the sauce becomes creamy and smooth. 5. Stir in the tortellini. Cover, and let the mixture cook for about 10 minutes, stirring once halfway through. 6. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for about 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly. For a golden, slightly crispy cheese topping, switch the oven to broil for 1–2 minutes 7. Garnish with parsley or basil if desired. Serve warm. @Buckmasters Outdoors | Venison Recipes | Wild Game Recipes | Camp Cooking | Deer Meat | Deer Recipes | Easy Recipes | #Whitetail | #VenisonRecipes |
