My dad had a fish hook go through his cornea & He lost his vision. We immediately went to UCLA in Los Angeles and they performed immediate surgery where he got 13 stitches in his eye and had a 10 month recovery plan. They slowly removed one stitch at a time over the course of 10 months. Stay on top of the drops, go slow and I always recommend a second opinion if your nervous about recovery ❤️🩹

I’m so sorry that happened to you! Definitely getting a face shield for gardening from now on. Losing your vision, even temporarily, is such an awful and scary feeling. I remember after I had eye surgery, I was so light-sensitive that I couldn’t really go outside. Even the heat from the car vents burned my eyes, so I couldn’t turn the heat on, and I couldn’t drive for a long time. It was awful. Wishing you a very speedy recovery! ❤️

Oh I feel for you girly. I got a corneal abrasion after DIY lash clusters. It was SO painful and took a little bit to heal. That’s a great sign that your vision is blurry. I hope you have a speedy recovery!
