My issue is that the transcripts that have come up from her initial report states that she believes she was. (Trying to word this so it doesn’t get flagged and filtered but if you google Jane Doe Transcript 100% it should come up). It talks about gaps in her memory, etc. if you are saying you believe her original statement then that means you can’t dismiss that portion of the initial November transcript at that time also.
