I disagree…. You are categorizing a group of people as if they’re a monolith and they all believe the same thing. There are many educated members of the diaspora that believe in empowering and believe in the ability of the continent and the people in it to come up with the solutions that can help them the best. most Africans in the diaspora don't have a clue about nation building, those who blame Europeans are just coping from the bullying they faced from their White counter part or deep shame if their "nation of origin" African nations fail due to their terrible institutions, lack of regulations and protection, but the main thing is lack of planning. the best exercise for an African nation to develop is for them to challenge themselves to run a well runned postal service, postal service that run nationally and internally.
