Use Moreta local pay has hidden network fees and the conversion fees are random depending on the amount you transfer. Try transferring one dollar vs ten and you’ll know what I’m talking about. Use Moreta it’s way more transparent snd cheaper

I used Moreta app on my 2nd trip in HCM. I only withdraw money at the airport and use the app thru out the trip. I think it's better than having a lot of small bill that cannot be change in your local money. And yes the app has fee and it's better than having small change 😊
