It’s not a bug since you gotta use all your time meter and you can’t defend yourself while time travel. A tech is when you get to use better movement or stuns while getting punishment if you used it wrong.

Let's be fr this is a tech because literally that's just flight distance not to mention if you fall for rewind you most likely waste a bit of time trying to get him so there's no difference and killers can read silver's rewind plus if 2011x can super jump in his state it's only fair he can too

They should bring Silver back to how it was before because mobile players suffer from the aiming reticle and, even worse, its flight mechanic. That thing really hurts us, and seeing this, I feel like it's only useful for mobile players.
