@joshuaaalampour: I’m building an F1-inspired 3.0-liter naturally aspirated V10 in CAD for @Kyan Motors . It's called the DI-10 “Dies Irae”. This is a short vid on why it doesn't fire evenly. I chose 90-degree cylinder banks and 5 shared crankpins, with 2 connecting rods on each pin. Each bank fires every 144 degrees with my current firing order. The 2 cylinders sharing a pin fire 90 degrees apart, then there's only 54 degrees until the next firing. So the gaps go 90, 54, 90, 54. It still fires 10 times every 2 turns, so technically the average spacing is 72 degrees, but it never actually fires at the average hahah. Will keep you all updated!
