Been doing this with my phone for 4 years now and battery life is still acceptable for it's age

never talk on a phone if it's on charge. if that adapter fails, you have 220 volts hitting your brain, won't end well...

There was a test done by this, and was told that with modern phones doesn't affect battery that much, I can't remebr name of the st but they hade like I think 5 phones doing stuff in different stuff, like one is used 24/7 while running apps, one is plugged in charged the unplugged used and re plug, alot of variables and it was conformed that modern phones have little effect that it doesn't have effect
