Before I had a baby I had no cramps or back problems and a baby and epidural I get it all bad and even still lightning crotch ifykyk someone help midol and heating pads don’t help anymore

It’s the same as cramps. Sometimes you feel it in the front, and sometimes in the back. So yes you get back pain and abdominal pain
