Dynamic pricing also looks at your data from your cell phone, the app, and even tracks you with cameras with your license plate when you pull into the parking lot. There are other people that have posted videos that have been viral on dynamic pricing, especially with Walmart. Walmart has been found to adjust prices based on customer data so what I might pay for a product may be completely different than what someone else pays and more and more items. Do not have a price tag listed at all. We need to wake up and stop accepting this and demand more and the only way to do that is just stop shopping at places like Walmart and target and many other stores like this. This is outright corporate greed.

They can’t do that. The price must match the shelf price and correct tag with the check out. And unless they are using tags that can digitally change quickly they have to honor the price. If ordering online and it’s different in store the online has to state it’s a sale for online orders only as well. there’s a lot of rules depending on where you live to protect consumers

where's the class action. this is a lawyers dream. offer/acceptance is a legal binding contract. the price on the shelf is the offer. the person putting it their cart is acceptance. any change would have to be presented and approved.
