A special shout-out to @For Mom and Baby Foundation (FOMAB) for collaborating with me on this campaign and for helping ensure that the girls received not only health information, but practical knowledge they can use. During the Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) session, a practical demonstration on how to properly wear a sanitary pad was conducted, giving the girls a better understanding of menstrual hygiene and how to manage their periods with greater confidence and dignity. On 26 September, we took the message “Every Girl Deserves Knowledge Before Diagnosis” to Baptist High School, Buea. And yes… we talked about PMOS/PCOS. But we also talked about mental health, menstrual hygiene, body awareness and reproductive health. There were questions. There were conversations. There was learning.
