Man I have the best roommates ever!!! She was kind enough to let me test out her new ninja blender with the dicing attachment. It was freaking awesome!!! I think using it for just one meal at a time might be a little much with the extra clean up and changing out attachments, but when I plan for the weeks meals it would be perfect to pre chop all the ingredients and throw them into containers to use throughout the week! Definitely going to be using it more for that (if roommate will let me of course lol) Now on to the food. MAN that was good. I tried the potato frittata for my very first recipe on the Posha and it was good but this blew every other breakfast we’ve tried out of the water. The way the posha was dancing around with the heat in order to cook it all the way through without burning the bottom was really impressive. It had such a nice golden brown bottom and it somehow formed a slight crust on the top? My brain still can’t process how it did that lol. Serving size was for 3 so 6 eggs total but next time I’m going for the full 8 eggs to make it even thiccer. It was so freaking good and perfectly seasoned I would totally prep this and portion it out to have breakfast for the week. Could probably freeze it even. As always, I’m incredibly grateful for all the support from you guys and most importantly from the beautiful Handler and Roommate. These videos take a little more work than you think and I wouldn’t be able to make them as often as I do if baby Ronen didn’t have his amazing mama and gramma to help me. Love you to the moon and back 🌕 #posha #cooking #breakfast #robot #ninja @Posha Cooking Robot @Ninja Kitchen
