@iszty88: Lee Pan-neung (Korean : 이판능)(1894 - 1955) was a Korean streetcar conductor who carried out a mass killing in Higashi-Ōkubo, Tokyo, on 2 - 3 June 1921. After a dispute over 3 missing towels at his lodging house and a confrontation with a Japanese co-worker’s family, he became intoxicated and attacked with a hammer and knife. He killed 7 people and wounded 10 others, targeting the co-worker’s family, his supervisor’s family, passers-by and members of his own household. Psychiatric examination concluded he had been mentally incapacitated.
