Oh man, this is sad. They're referring to her as a child, maybe a young person, newly obtained driver's license, first car. Every parent's fear when your child gets their driver's license. Happened to my daughter, loadshedding, robots stopped working, fortunately only 2vehicles involved, minor injuries, car was a write off, insurance came through. Wishing this lady love&Light✨
