@makindedaura: Comparing the price of petrol in Nigeria with those of other countries without considering the difference in minimum wages only gives an incomplete picture of affordability. That Nigerians pay a lower nominal fuel price does not automatically mean they have it easier. The real conversation is the price relative to people’s income and purchasing power.
