@samisavor1: Scoopable Nutella-Stuffed Cookie Pie 🥧 So many of you have been asking where you can find Osta! 🤍 You can search “Osta Recipes” on the App Store or Google Play and download it. I love how easy it makes it to save, organise and find all your recipes in one place 🫶🏼📖✨ Ingredients * 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp (143g) unsalted butter, softened * 1/2 cup (100g) brown sugar * 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar * 2 tsp vanilla extract * 1 egg, room temperature * 1 3/4 cups (230g) all-purpose flour * 1 tsp baking soda * Pinch of salt * 150g chocolate chips * Nutella (for filling) Instructions 1. Drop 8-10 small spoonfuls of Nutella onto a lined tray and freeze until solid (about 1–2 hours). 2. Beat butter with both sugars until creamy, then mix in the egg and vanilla. 3. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt, then stir into the wet mixture to form a dough. Fold in chocolate chips. 4. Chill the dough briefly (20–30 minutes) if it feels too soft to handle. 5. Grease a 9-inch round pan and preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). 6. Take portions of dough, flatten them, place a frozen Nutella piece in the center, and seal into balls. Arrange them in the pan, slightly spaced. 7. Place the filled dough balls in the freezer for 15-30 minutes before baking. 8. Bake for 12-20 minutes, depending on how gooey you want the center. 9. Add extra chocolate chips on top right after baking if desired, then let cool slightly before serving. #cookiepie #nutellacookies #cookie #baking #EasyRecipes
