I'm just past 25 months today...not a day goes by that I don't think about the old days or when I have to talk to my daughters mom (huge trigger) I have to stand back and remember my why..always remember Yur why and get thru that first 10 minutes, and then get thru another 10 and so on...stay strong 💪 💪💪...day by day minute by minute!!..u got this💪💪😘

when I quit drinking I took up the hobby of art, different types, I am the shitiest artist ever, but I put on a Playlist of music and create something, it really helps, point being try a little hobby and have great music playing,hope this helps, have a great day
