@nationalserviceauthority: NATIONAL SERVICE AUTHORITY POSTING, VALIDATION & COMMENCEMENT PROCESS Follow these steps carefully to complete your posting and validation process and begin your national service successfully. STEP 1: CHECK YOUR POSTING Log on to the official National Service Authority website: gnsa.gov.gh Check your posting details and access your appointment/posting letter. The NSA portal provides personnel with access to their posting and service records. STEP 2: PRINT YOUR APPOINTMENT/POSTING LETTER Print your Appointment/Posting Letter and proceed to your assigned place of posting. STEP 3: OBTAIN ENDORSEMENT Submit your Appointment/Posting Letter to your place of posting for endorsement by the appropriate authority, such as the designated official or supervisor. STEP 4: BOOK YOUR VALIDATION APPOINTMENT After obtaining the endorsement, log into the NSA Portal and book an appointment for your validation/registration. Select the available date, time and validation centre as directed by the portal. STEP 5: ATTEND VALIDATION Visit the validation centre indicated after booking your appointment on the scheduled date. Go along with your endorsed Appointment/Posting Letter and any other required identification or documents specified by the NSA. STEP 6: DISTRIBUTE YOUR VALIDATED DOCUMENTS After successfully completing the validation process: - Submit one copy of the validated letter to your place of posting. - Submit one copy to your District Office. - Keep the final copy safely for your personal records. STEP 7: REPORT TO YOUR PLACE OF POSTING Once you have completed the required posting and validation processes, proceed to your place of posting and officially commence your national service.
