@beamartinho: Level 4 is the one step in UK counselling & psychotherapy training that you can't do fully online, so here's how I'm doing it. What a residential is: instead of a weekly evening class for two years, you go away for a few intense week-long blocks and do online classes in between. This means you live, eat & train with the same small group for the two years. Pros for me are that it fits around my lifestyle BUT it costs more, missing a block is a big deal and it’s emotionally intense. Whichever you pick, just make sure to check the course is recognised by BACP or NCPS before paying !!!! #therapy #uk #counselling #therapist

I got hit hard in 2025 from September to October. I cried at the drop of a hat. I'll never forget how I felt, how I was shut down. How I attempted asking clarifying questions only to find evasiveness. I left my house broken, eyes half shut due to swelling from crying. I drove to church, prayed and asked God to take over; whatever His will was I'd accept. I asked Him to guide me to the correct path. He's answered, today I can say THANK GOD FOR HE HEARD MY HEART AND GAVE ME AN OUT. While I'm still on my healing journey, I can say that I'm not where I was a year ago. #grateful #healing #prayer #selfgrowthjourney #lovemyselfjourney
