Honda Accord LE 2012 is giving fuel average of 6.5km/ ltr all tuning is done engine mounting is done RPM at start remain at 1.5 for 5 minutes then comes down to 1 graduatelly while driving a sudden RPM inrease but speed does not increase accordingly. kindly suggest suitable option
