We were one of the first test stores and it has really come a long way! It's a learning curve but not too bad once you get used to it 🥰 My only complaints is the ear peices break VERY easily. But soon I believe they are giving stores Bluetooth headsets which will help a lot!

I like that you can see who copied which bopis order, or relisten to messages easier on the app. But half my shift is someone paging team members, only for them to not press the button again and talk smack about how we’re not responding 😭

not a huge fan of the app so far but it's growing on me. on the other hand the earpiece was designed by the devil himself. can't find a comfortable way to wear it and it's either blowing out your ear drum or a whisper, no in-between
