@wrath521: To make classic thin milk pancakes, you need 20 minutes and basic ingredients: 500 ml of warm milk, 200 g of wheat flour (about 1.5 cups), 3 eggs, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, and half a teaspoon of salt. In a deep bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and salt until a light foam forms, pour in 150 to 200 ml of warm milk, and mix well to prevent lumps later on. Next, sift in all the flour, stir until a thick and uniform batter forms, and thin it out by gradually adding the remaining milk while whisking constantly, stirring in the vegetable oil at the end before letting the batter rest for 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature. Finally, thoroughly heat a pan greased with just a drop of oil for the first pancake only, pour in a ladleful while quickly spreading the batter with circular motions, fry over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes until the edges are golden, flip for about 30 seconds more, and stack them while brushing each with a little butter to keep them tender, elastic, and soft. #truecrime #truecrimecommunity #adam#larp#larperito
