that oil refinery in msa was built 70's with older technology and hasn't been functional for a while. this is a newer more modern refinery.... the equipment you saw hapo lamu is to facilitate the building of the lamu refinery madam.

If Ruto opted to ask Dangote to revive or upgrade the Changamwe refinery, you same people would have said Ruto has sold our Refinery to Dangote. Secondly Kibaki and Uhuru never made any attempt to revive the Changamwe refinery or build a new one, Ruto has at initiated a new one and you are complaining bitterly like it was going to built on your land or with your money. Surely how dark and evil can some people's heart and attitude be???
