they ran it with no oil reason for rust and then when noise come about, so they flushed it out with fuel or oil and refilled with oil, id fill with oil and see if duo cone seal is bad

WHY don’t you use CAT eye bolts outta the 1 safe source & invest in a couple of treble drop CATERPILLAR transmission chains from the dealership. Your going to have an accident 1 day by NOT using the correct lifting tools for CATERPILLAR repair jobs(CAT REMAN TECH👍)

had to replace all of those needle bearings in a d6t final... they were made in Mexico and Cat wouldn't stand behind them
