The first one is better because it’s dilutable so there’s more soap than wheely clean because the the dilute is 1/10 and it’s meant to be sprayed so there’s like 10x more that wheely clean or more

I have a feeling its not safe for all wheels which explains why they dont do the front of the wheel. only reason i haven't bought because I think this acid would eat the front of most wheels
