Hair grows at about 1 inch per month. If you’re trying to grow your hair out, stop cutting it. So many people have been manipulated into believing that in order for their hair to grow long, they need to get it trimmed consistently. That is counterintuitive. If you’re getting an inch cut off your hair every 2 months you’re cutting your growth time and half. It’s fine to go six months or a year without cutting your hair at all and then getting an inch off.

Healthy hair that's nevery been dyed or damaged, yes but that's rare cus most people don't have that after they turn thirteen(puberty can also affect your hair)
