a stat that BLEW my mind, is that the number of pension aged renters was ~10,000 for boomers, and genx will be ~100,000, & by the time millennials get to retirement (if nothing changes) pension age renters will be in the millions

We are poor because of inflation, high taxation and the government devaluing the currency through quantitative easing. Rent controls do not work. We need interest rates to be reduced so finance costs on properties are less. We need less taxation on building so it can be profitable to build.
