It’s mostly Mozambique 🇲🇿 recipes. Even the word Piri Piri is not Portuguese 🇵🇹 but a Mozambican 🇲🇿 Swahili word that’s translate Peli peli, Piri Piri chicken and sources it’s all invention of Mozambique cuisine. But Nando’s the chain store started in South Africa 🇿🇦, by Mozambican Portuguese who were expelled so thy became immigrants in 🇿🇦. If u ever visit Nando’s anywhere outside Africa, you’ll find the story written in walls of Nando’s. Same as Calistos all Mozambican 🇲🇿 recipes. See the attached, this’s Nando’s in Galway Ireland 🇮🇪, same as 🇬🇧
