I’m a big supporter of GLP-1 however most people aren’t able to adhere to the regime needed for that fast of weight loss. Most people don’t workout enough or get the proper nutrition this results in muscle loss or other side effects. Even at the current rate of 1lb per week, some people still don’t want to or don’t have the time to workout as needed.
