@maddissss_: 6 month of hair growth 🫰🏼 For everyone asking how I got this much hair growth in 6 months, first of all, I have to be honest, a bih part of it is genetics. I have a mama with really good hair genetics, so I’m not going to tell you there’s some magical product that made my hair grow this much BUT genetics aside, there are definitely things that have helped me!!!! Take care of yourself from the inside!! Eating well, getting enough nutrients, managing stress and taking care of your overall health are SO important for healthy hair growth I also use anti-hair loss serums every night. I don’t think they’ve made my hair grow faster, but they’ve definitely helped me with shedding and keeping more of the hair I’m growing. And my BIGGEST tip: don’t focus only on your scalp!! There’s no point in growing your hair if your lengths and ends keep breaking!!Keeping them healthy, hydrated and protected is what helps you actually KEEP that new length. Honestly girly, thank you for mentioning genetics because that plays such a huge part! People will usually just say they use XYZ and make it sound like that’s the secret, when genetics are often a massive factor too 😂
