It’s a nice apartment, but the price is a stretch…until you realize where it is. I’ve walked by the building many times, the lobby is nice too! Only critiques: all-in-one washer/dryer and the size of the sink. But if you’re 1 person who doesn’t cook all the time and doesn’t wear 3 outfits a day, it’s perfect! Best of luck to whoever calls this home next.
