I just made meatloaf last night, and as a twist, I added sour cream and mayonnaise, and one packet of Lipton onion soup for seasoning, added some chili peppers for a little kick and mushrooms. I did not tell My family about the mayonnaise and sour cream. It came out very moist. The entire Family, who are extremely picky eaters, gobbled it all up; there was nothing left over. 🥰
