Why are you saying on dark skin, those tattoo not gone heal right ts dark. My boyfriend is a Chicago tattoo artist , the shade of skin don’t matter at all if you got good work , good ink and you dig in the skin enough for it to soak the ink in then yo work will be good but you obviously think working on “darker skin” is different then any other tattoo regardless of complexion
