Agree on the summary, but hqrd disagree on the areas of expertise. They're almost as big of a red flag as "skill sliders". It fills space while providing essentially nothing useful. Also why the VROOM formula is good, there's way too many bullet points per job.

I am sick of recruiting managers gaslighting job seekers that the reason they aren't getting hired is because one pixel is misaligned in their resume 😀 there are hundreds of applicants applying for every position, that either an AI or a person spends 3 looking at before they decide what they feel like on that day. hope it helps 👍 it's not about pixel pushing, the job market is in the shitter
