my idea: add speed bumps. stops the ebikes from going fast. doesnt deter other wheeled vehicles. (buggies, wheelchairs, bikes, etc)

for reference, 40 shillings is £2. Which would be a hilarious fine. Taken at it's conversion rate from when it was introduced however, 40 shillings is about £300 which is a bit more of a normal fine amount 😂

idk I wouldn’t blame food delivery workers working under extremely harsh time limits for very little pay for utilizing the tunnel if other options are scarce. like I understand the issue but I find the framing a bit unkind there
