Wait if this is a dialyses transportion he is allowed to come in the house bc some of the patients are bed rest and don’t have some always there to open the door for the drivers so we come in the house and take them to the dialysis this is probably a new driver and he probably thought the patient was bed rest!!!

Maybe they unlock the door maybe the Roommate told him the door was gonna be unlocked and he was able to come in so he could help him or her you just automatically got aggressive with the old man who’s helping another person who needs help you could simply ask him why was he in your home? I have a family member who works for the same company and she’s told me that they’ve let her know she’s able to go in the house if they need her help door is unlocked and all all it takes is a simple question. All you gotta do is ask not get all aggressive with the man and tell him to get out you’re gonna report him. I think you are the one having the bad day.
