10 years old I was riding bikes with my cousin miles away to go to a new area of town at 3-4 in the morning. Why then? Because the adults had already came back from the bars they were at and passed out. Free reign to do as we pleased.

If this is the case, every parent in the 1980s and early 90s would’ve been arrested because we had no idea where our kids were all day. They went out in the morning on their bikes and came home at night.
