@daveanica: A whole year. ❤️ It’s officially been one year since the show came out, and honestly… what a year it’s been. The highest highs, some pretty big lows, moments that completely changed my life, and moments where I had to step away from it all and just breathe. Around the middle of this year, I hit burnout. I think after everything that happened the show, my life changing overnight, sharing so much of myself publicly and constantly trying to keep up my body and mind finally said, “Okay babe… enough.” 😂 So I listened. I slowed down. I went a little quieter. I focused on myself, the people I love and actually living my life instead of always thinking about the next piece of content. And now? I feel good. Like… genuinely good. ❤️ I feel excited again. Creative again. And most importantly, ready to be back. To every single person who has followed me, supported me, defended me, laughed with me, cried with me, sent me messages or simply stuck around through this absolutely WILD chapter thank you. You’ve been beside me through more than you probably realise, and I’ll never take that for granted. One year later, I’m not the same person I was when this journey started.
