Fiddleleaf figs are also know as "Fickleleaf figs." They hate to be looked at or talked about. They also hate change. Never let the soil completely dry out- water thoroughly when the soil is about half dry (use a moisture meter or a chopstick or a knitting needle to tell). They like lots of sky, but don't want to see the sun. I think the pot size is fine.

Theo needs more sun and some space. I’d trim off those browned leaves and repot him. Give him some plant food and let him dry out at the top anout an inch (use your finger) before you water him again.

Looks like overwatering! Make sure the pot has holes so water doesn't sit at the bottom, give Theo way more light, and don’t water him again until the soil is bone dry 😊
